If you like the idea of designing your own floral arrangements for your wedding or special event, this option might be for you. From March through October, we offer buckets of seasonal flowers that can be used for do-it-yourself wedding and event arrangements. Each bucket contains a seasonal mix of fresh-cut flowers including all the floral elements you need to create beautiful bouquets and arrangements for your special event.
Buying bulk flowers by the bucket can be a budget-friendly option for those who have the time and talent to create their own designs. However, before you decide to take on a large design project, we encourage you to consider these questions:
Do you have the time? - The week leading up to any special event can be hectic and, if it is your wedding, you will want to try to minimize stress. Don’t underestimate the time it will require to prepare your floral arrangements. Make sure you have sufficient time and help.
Do you have people who can help? Floral design for weddings and other large events isn’t something you’ll want to tackle alone, especially for beginners. Even the most experienced floral designers typically have a team of experienced designers working together for 2-3 days prior to a wedding.
Do you have space? Floral design is a messy process. You will need space that is cool, has access to water and where it won’t matter if the space gets wet and dirty.
Do you have the tools? You will need heavy duty clippers, floral wire and tape, among other key supplies.
Do you have the ability to store and transport the flowers? Once you are done, you will need a cold place (50-60 degrees) to store your designs and a way to safely transport your vases filled with flowers and water.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order bulk flowers? Please complete our contact form indicating your interest in bulk flowers. We will respond with our projected availability for the date requested. Once confirmed, a 50% down-payment is required to reserve your flowers. The balance is due upon receipt.
How many stems are in a bucket? The stem-count will vary based on the types of flowers in bloom at the time, but our buckets will typically contain between 65-80 stems.
How many arrangements can I make with a bucket? It depends on the size of your vases, but as a reference, you should be able to make 5 quart-size mason jars with a bucket of blooms.
How long will the flowers last? If properly cared for, the flowers should last 5-7 days. However, for them to be optimal for an event, it is best to pick them up and prepare the arrangements 2-3 days before the event.
When can I get my flowers? For Saturday weddings, most clients pick up their flowers on Thursdays. When picking up your flowers, be sure to bring a large enough vehicle with air-conditioning. If you don’t have a large, air-conditioned vehicle, delivery can be arranged with two-week’s notice and an additional charge. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance.
