Full Service Wedding Flowers
About Our Weddings
While we are primarily flower growers, we also love designing with the flowers we grow. We only take on a limited number of weddings a year, no more than one per week and only during our growing season from early March through early November. We have a low minimum of $2,500 per wedding, which is perfect for small gatherings or micro weddings, but we can also design for much larger weddings. We primarily only use seasonal flowers grown locally on our farms or other from other local farms. However, we reserve a small amount of the budget, no more than 20%, for special request flowers that are either not grown in our area or currently out of season in our area.
How it Works
1) Check our availability
You can check our calendar to see if we are available for your wedding date. If we are and you would like to reserve the date, there is a $1,000 deposit required to block the date for you.
3) Book a consultation
You can also go ahead and book a free 30-minute consultation if you are ready to discussion your wedding florals with us. However, it will be a more productive conversation if you also complete our wedding questionnaire.
2) Complete our wedding questionnaire
Tell us about your wedding plans and your floral vision for the special day. Once received, we’ll reach out to schedule a 30-minute consultation to answer questions and ensure we understand your vision.
4) Review proposal
If we both feel that Pleasant Hills Farm could be a good fit for your wedding following our initial consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal for your review. It typically takes us one week to prepare your proposal and estimate. Once the proposal is finalized and accepted, a 50% deposit is due. If a save-the-date deposit has already been paid, it will be applied to this deposit. The final payment, including any additions or revisions, is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.

If we aren’t available for your date or are otherwise not the right fit for your wedding vision, we are happy to refer to you one of the many talented floral designers who use our flowers in their design work. We’re proud to support their work and won’t hesitate to let you know if we think one might be a better fit for you following our consultation.
